Little Riverside Hoi An is a boutique hotel on the Thu Bon River in Hoi An's historic quarter. The shoot covered the full property: guest rooms and suites, lobby, corridors, the riverside restaurant, rooftop pool, and entrance — all photographed at dawn.
The hotel's design draws on Vietnamese colonial architecture and Indochina-era craft: dark hardwood furniture, terracotta and cement tile floors, handmade ceramics, silk lanterns, and original artwork throughout. The color palette — warm ochre walls, deep walnut joinery, accents of red and emerald — is consistent from the entrance tunnel of bamboo and lanterns through to the guest rooms.
Dawn light was the deliberate choice for this shoot. At that hour the riverside terrace catches soft morning haze over the water, the rooftop pool is still, and the entrance lanterns retain their warmth without competing with daylight. The interior spaces were photographed with artificial lighting, preserving the atmosphere the design was built around.
